     急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL）是急性髓细胞白血病（AML）的一种特殊类型（M3），占所有AML病例的10%-15%。APL具有*的临床表型及细胞形态学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学特征。目前发现约95%的APL患者伴有异常染色体核型t(15;17)(q22;q21)，该易位使15号染色体上的PML基因与17号染色体上的RARA基因发生相互易位形成PML/RARA融合基因，是APL的一个特异分子标志。PML/RARA融合蛋白通过显性负抑制作用抑制早幼粒细胞分化成熟，从而阻断细胞分化导致持续增殖。
