MSU诱导的腹膜炎模型

实验方案：

1. MSU用PBS重悬， 每只实验鼠腹腔注射1mgMSU;

2. 6小时后取腹腔灌洗液， 用10mL PBS冲洗；

3. 分析灌洗液中中性粒细胞数量，流式细胞检测，细胞表面分子： Ly-6G和CD11b

Brief protocol of MSU induced mouse peritonitis model

1. Mice were i.p. injected of 1mg MSU crystals in 0.5 ml PBS;

2. 6h later, animals were killed by CO2 exposure;

3. Peritoneal cavities were washed with 10 ml of PBS;

4. The lavage fluids were analyzed for neutrophil recruitment by fluorescence-activated cell sorting using the neutrophil markers Ly-6G and CD11b
