Human BCMA, also known as TNFRSF17, BCM, CD269, and TNFRSF13A, GenBank Accession No. NM_001192, a.a. 1-54, with C-terminal Avi-Tag fused to the Fc portion of Human IgG1 and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%, MW = 34 kDa.
