血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)是一类重要的生长因子,主要由血小板、内皮细胞和 巨噬细胞分泌,在细胞增殖、迁移、分化和血管生成等生物学过程中发挥关键作用。它不 仅在正常生理过程中(如伤口愈合和组织修复)起重要作用,还在多种病理过程中(如癌 症、纤维化和动脉粥样硬化)扮演重要角色。PDGF 家族包括 PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF- C 和 PDGF-D 四种亚型。PDGF 通过与其受体(PDGFR)结合,激活下游信号通路,调控 细胞行为。 血小板衍生生长因子受 0 体α(PDGFRA),又称为 CD140A 或 PDGFR2,是一种细胞 表面激酶受体,属于血小板衍生生长因子家族。 | |
