National Diagnostics' HRPL Kit is a nonradioactive chemiluminescence based method for the detection of the enzyme horseradish peroxidase. A single can be used in a wide range of applications including gene detection, oligonucleotide detection, Western Blotting, immunoassays, and in-situ hybridizations.

The causes light to be produced when any molecule labeled with horseradish peroxidase （HRP） is exposed to the reagents in the kit. This light can be recorded on X-ray film or counted in a tube or microtiter plate luminometer. The light output peaks approximay 2 minutes after introduction of the reagent, and lasts for more than 1 hour.

Storage: All system components are best stored at 4⁰C and are stable for 1 year.
