【什么是质控品】

1. 质控品的来源： 
  质控品的来源同校准品大致相同，厂商可能会更具自己的要求添加了很多物质，此时有些物质的添加量常常达到病理状态的高浓度，在应用于某一项目时，对这个项目来说基质效应将更大。

2. 定值方法： 
  有些厂商会给自己的标准品定一个定值范围，这个定值范围是由厂商联合几家使用同样检测系统的临床用户，仅多次测定得出的均值。此时如果将该质控品应用于另一个检测系统，由于方法学的不同，可能得出同厂商给出值有较大差异的值。此时不能认为该检测系统的准确度不佳。此时需要强调的是检测系统都是用来测定新鲜血清的，不是用来测定质控品或其他物质的。检测系统只有在检测新鲜血清是得出的结果才具有溯源性。不同检测系统之间只有在检测新鲜血清时才具可比性。

如果猫不慎将经由粪便排出的卵囊再吃食进入体内，便会於组织内形成囊体( cyst )，通常也不会有临床症状的发生，如果出现临床症状的话，则表示体内重要有受到囊体的机械性伤害，症状视所受影响的而定，可能包括：厌食及沉郁、呼吸困难、眼睛的病灶( 葡萄膜炎及角膜沉淀物 )、黄疸、呕吐、下痢、发热、神经症状。诊断现在已有商品化的测试剂可用来测试抗体力价，其中包括IgM及IgG两种不同抗体的测试剂，另外，国外已有些实验室能够进行弓虫抗原的测试，综合这三种检验、临床症状、及对抗弓虫药物( clindamycin )的治疗反应，才能对临床性弓虫症进行确切的诊断。如果只进行抗体力价的测试，则抗体阳性仅仅能代表这只猫先前曾经感染过弓虫，而不能代表现在所有的症状就是弓虫感染所引发的。组织病理学的检查( 切片检查、组织压制抹片检查、脑脊髓液检查 )可用来寻找弓虫囊体及分裂快速的裂殖子( tachyzoites )。粪便检查并不容易发现弓虫卵囊，因为排放仅数天而已，而且大部份的感染成猫很少会排放卵囊，另外，卵囊的排放多发生於临床症状发生之前，因此更不容易检出。原虫为单细胞真核动物，体积微小而能独立完成生命活动的全部生理功能。在自然界分布广泛，种类繁多，迄今已发现约余种，多数营自生或腐生生活，分布在海洋、土壤、水体或物内。
