【检验方法】

在进行检测前必须先完整阅读使用说明书，使用前将本品和尿样恢复至室温（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕开铝箔袋，取出试剂盒，应在1小时内尽快使用。
• 将试剂盒置于干净平坦的台面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴无空气泡的尿样（约100µL）于加样孔（S）中。

等待紫红色条带的出现，3～5分钟时直接观察结果，10分钟后判定无效。

【参考值（参考范围）】

本品zui低检出量指标参照美国药物滥用和精神健康服务管理局(SAMHSA)确定的阳性检测临界浓度的标准进行制定。能检测出尼古丁含量不低于300ng/mL的样本。

【检验结果的解释】

阳性（+）：仅在控制区（C）出现一条紫红色条带，在检测区（T）无紫红色条带出现。阳性结果表明尿液中的尼古丁浓度在阈值（300ng/mL）以上。

阴性（-）：出现两条紫红色条带。一条位于检测区（T），另一条位于控制区（C）。阴性结果表明尿液中的尼古丁浓度在阈值（300ng/mL）以下。

无效：控制区（C）未出现紫红色条带。表明操作不当或试剂盒已失效。在此情况下，应再次仔细阅读说明书，并用新的试剂盒重新测试。如果问题仍然存在，应立即停止使用此批号产品，并与当地供应商。

注意：检测区（T）紫红色条带可呈现颜色深浅的现象。但是，在规定的观察时间内，不论该色带颜色深浅，即使只有非常弱的色带也应判定为阴性结果。

【检验方法的局限性】

• 本品仅用于体外诊断，适用于检测人体尿样中的尼古丁。
• 本品仅是一种定性的筛选鉴定，不能确定尼古丁在尿样中的含量。
• 本品只用于初步筛查使用，检测结果不能作为确诊依据。必须使用第二种分析方法以确定结果，气相色谱－质谱法(GC/MS)是目前较好的确认分析方法。

What is hair testing?

1. What is a hair test?
     Because the growth of the hair is provided by the blood for nutrition, by analyzing a small portion of the hair, the hair sample can show the record of contraband intake. Our test method is to measure the positive test results caused by external contamination by measuring the contraband molecules contained in the hair shaft. Hair test results will not be changed to a large extent by shampoo or other topical chemicals.
2. What types of tests are included in the standard hair test?
    COC (), macro, MOR (codeine, morphine and 6-monoacetylmorphine, commonly known as contraband/"o"/ contraband), deoxygenated (MET/MET), phencyclidine (PCP) “Angel Powder/Angel Dust.” These five types of contraband products are designated by the United States federal government for testing.
3. How long does the standard test detect toxic conditions?
   The standard test will detect drug use in the last 90 days. The hair sample is collected from the nearest part of the scalp and the initial 3.81 cm (1.5 inch) will be tested.
4. Does hair color affect the test results?
     Hair color is determined by the amount of melanin carried in the hair. Experiments show that, through court certification, hair color has no effect on test results.

6. How much hair do I need to test?
Standard tests using single-stage mass spectrometry, secondary mass spectrometry, and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry require more than 60 mg of hair samples or approximay 90-120 hairs. The thickness of different hairs (thick vs. thin) is the reason for the amount of fluctuations.
7. How to compare hair test and urine test? The biggest difference is:
 (1) The time span tested is greater
 (2) Cannot change the test result
COC, (MET), MOR, and phencyclidine ("Angel Powder") metabolize very rapidly. After 72 hours of use, urine tests could not detect positive results. Hair detection is limited only by the length of the sample, and the standard detection time range is approximay 90 days. At present, no way to change the hair test results is found. Because hair samples were analysed for the contraband components inside the hair shaft, external dyes and chemical components had no effect on the test results. There are also more natural forms of sample collection that virtually eliminate the possibility of evasion testing. The time span of the test is large, and the possibility of eliminating the avoidance test makes the hair test more effective than the urine test in effectively identifying the user.
8. How long does it take the poison to be detected in the hair after it has been ingested?
    Starting from the day the contraband is ingested, it takes 4-5 days for the affected hair to appear in the scalp. The body hair grows slowly overall and cannot be used to confirm the time range of poisoning.
9. How long is the minimum time that can be accuray estimated?
     The shortest detection time is about two weeks (0.635 cm, 1/4 inch). If the hair is too short, body hair can also be used for testing. If you use the body hair test, the test time range is about a year or so, depending on the different growth frequencies of the hair below the neck.
10. Does the test apply to people with short or no hair?
       Hair can be collected from different parts of the body, meeting the standard number required for testing. In addition, body hair can be used as a substitute for hair. In rare cases where hair is not available, it is necessary to perform a urine test or other methods.
11. Does the body hair and hair test give the same type of result?
       Yes, although body hair has a different growth frequency than hair, body hair can still be used for routine five tests for contraband tests. Most body hairs will detect the use of drugs within one year. This means that the body hair test results will be confirmed in the past.

12. Can I collect hair samples from the comb?

17. Do external contaminants such as large smoke or refined COC smoke interfere with the test results and cause false positive reactions?

Can it be detected in the hair test?
