【什么是质控品】

1. 质控品的来源： 
  质控品的来源同校准品大致相同，厂商可能会更具自己的要求添加了很多物质，此时有些物质的添加量常常达到病理状态的高浓度，在应用于某一项目时，对这个项目来说基质效应将更大。

2. 定值方法： 
  有些厂商会给自己的标准品定一个定值范围，这个定值范围是由厂商联合几家使用同样检测系统的临床用户，仅多次测定得出的均值。此时如果将该质控品应用于另一个检测系统，由于方法学的不同，可能得出同厂商给出值有较大差异的值。此时不能认为该检测系统的准确度不佳。此时需要强调的是检测系统都是用来测定新鲜血清的，不是用来测定质控品或其他物质的。检测系统只有在检测新鲜血清是得出的结果才具有溯源性。不同检测系统之间只有在检测新鲜血清时才具可比性。

检测抗原 系用免疫学方法检测宿主细胞内的病原(速殖子或包囊)、在血清及体液中的代谢或裂解产物(循环抗原)。是早期诊断和确诊的可靠方法。国内外学者建立了McAb-ELISA以及McAb与多抗的夹心型ELISA法检测急性患者血清循环抗原，其敏感度为能检出血清中.μg/ml的抗原。[] 皮内试验以受染小白鼠腹腔液或鸡胚液作抗原。常出现延迟性、结核菌素反应。可用作流行病学调查。目前应用不多。[] 准妈妈的孕期体检中，包括一项叫做TORCH的检查。TORCH一词是由几种病原体英文名称的*个字母组合而成。其中字母T就代表弓形虫。（其他几个字母分别代表梅毒、风疹病毒、巨细胞病毒和单纯疱疹病毒。）虽然法国和奥地利等国家规定对孕妇常规进行弓形虫抗体检查，做法是在怀孕早期进行血清抗体检查，如果为阴性（即没有感染过），告诉孕妇注意预防感染，并定期复查；发现孕妇出现急性感染，即给予螺旋霉素治疗，同时对胎儿进行羊膜穿刺和超声检查。由于孕妇在妊娠期间的感染和胎儿感染的机会都很小，所以英美的研究结论是这种筛检不值得常规做。抗弓形虫IgM抗体阳性提示感染。
Detection antigens are immunological methods to detect pathogens (tachyzoites or cysts) in host cells, metabolic or lytic products (cyclic antigens) in serum and body fluids. It is a reliable method for early diagnosis and diagnosis. (ie no infection), told pregnant women to pay attention to prevention of infection, and regular review; found that pregnant women have acute infection, that is given spiramycin treatment, while fetal amniocentesis and ultrasound examination. Since pregnant women have little chance of infection and fetal infection during pregnancy, the Anglo-American study concluded that this screening is not worth doing routinely. Anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgM antibody is positive for infection.
