【功能介绍】

可以检测尿液中是否含吗啡成分。从而定性判断被测者是否吸食了吗啡。 

【样品要求】

用一次性尿杯收集尿样，无需处理可直接检测。

【检验方法】

1、测试前先阅读使用说明书；

2、用干净尿杯取尿样；

3、从铝箔袋中取出检测卡，置于干净平坦的台面上，用吸管；垂直滴加2-3滴尿样到加样孔中；

4、3-5分钟读结果。为确保结果的准确性，请勿在5分钟后判读结果。

【结果解释】

1、阳性：在反应区内只出现一条红色质控线。

2、阴性：在反应区内出现质控线和反应线两条红线。

3、无效：在反应区内质控线未出现，需重新测试。

【注意事项】

1、检测卡在室温下一次性使用，不得重复使用；

2、检测卡从铝箔袋中取出后应在30分钟内尽快使用

3、3~5分钟内判定结果，10分钟后的结果无效

4、谨防检测卡受潮，检测卡受潮或铝箔袋破损后，检测卡不能使用

5、由于标本采集时存在差异，检测过程中可能出现质控线C和反应线T的颜色深浅或明暗不等，但只要可见，不管其颜色深浅或明暗均应视为出现。

结核性胸膜炎
发热、咳嗽、咯痰、呼吸困难等。高热、胸痛为zui明显症状，患侧吸气时疼痛加重。

结核性脑膜炎
乳幼儿由原发结核的早期血行播散引起者潜伏期短，有头痛、食欲不振、倦怠、精神呆板，以后可突然发热、头痛、呕吐、对光及声音易兴奋、脑压高，可有痉挛发作。颈部强直，腱反射亢进，划足底试验、划外踝试验、屈髋伸膝试验、屈颈试验等可阳性，意识由模糊进入昏迷。
诊断
病史
肺结核是呼吸道传染病，与排菌病人的密切接触对感染及发病有重要关系，故要了解与开放性病人的接触病史。了解有无发生过结节性红斑，结核风湿关节炎、泡性角膜结膜炎史。胸膜炎、周围淋巴结结核、肛瘘等。有无使用肾上腺皮质激素、糖尿病史等。
结核菌的涂片和培养检查
利用痰或分泌物（脓）、渗出液进行涂片检查可提供结核杆菌存在的依据，目前多采用齐尔－内尔森二氏抗酸染色法。结核菌的数量在10000/ml可为阳性，若细菌数量少于此量则呈阴性。还可利用合成培养基，因结核菌繁殖缓慢需要4～8周方能获得结果。目前多用勒文斯坦－延森二氏改良培养基。培养出结核菌应进行烟酸试验及过氧化氢酶试验，阳性者可与其他非典型抗酸菌杆菌相区别。
X射线检查
利用细菌X射线检查，可了解肺部损害情况。此外，骨、关节结核病 X射线照片对诊断也有重要意义，泌尿细菌器结核病时的上行性及逆行性肾盂造影、肠结核的胃肠钡剂造影也是诊断这些疾病的重要手段。
结核菌素试验
此检测系是否受过结核菌感染的指标。已受过感染者则多呈阳性，未受过感染者则多为阴性。近来用结核菌素试验判断结核病的活动程度有一定参考价值。方法是使用旧结核菌素 (OT)1:2000倍0.1ml(5TU)或 PPDRT-230.1ml(结核菌纯蛋白衍化物)3TU注射于左前臂屈侧中央，经48～72小时后测量硬结直径(不是发红直径)。但应注意对结核菌素试验反应，会因受测者当时的免疫状态而有所不同。如病毒感染、癌、结节病、应用免疫抑制剂、严重感染以及皮质激素治疗、细菌反应前期（感染后2～8周，尚未完成细胞免疫时），可呈现暂时性阴性结果。
