中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞培养基

中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞是生物加工和药物研发的热点。这些细胞生长稳健，并能大量生产各种高水平的重组糖蛋白。但每种CHO细胞克隆对营养的需求各不相同。导致CHO细胞培养基的优化非常具有挑战性，通常需要为每个特定克隆开发相应的培养基。

传统配制培养基的方法是逐个调整培养基成分以确定配方。其过程涉及大量测试条件和时间。为了解决这个问题，Sigma-Aldrich提供了一系列工具让您可以针对特定的CHO克隆比以往更轻松、快捷地开发优化的培养基配方。

培养基选择信息

FDA要求所有新药达到严格的安全要求。含有重组蛋白的外源生物制剂感染患者的潜在风险是他们担心的问题。细胞培养过程中使用的动物源组分和添加剂是在cGMP生产设施中制造的这些药物可能的生物污染源。

使用CHO细胞产生重组蛋白是一个复杂的过程。细胞系（来源于细胞库）的生长和产率在产生特定蛋白前必须充分解析和了解。单一的介质配方无法满足所有情况下的需求。所以需要平衡大产量与监管机构的安全要求。Sigma的CHO配方提供从*营养培养基到*特异性培养基的选择。这在大的生产率和外部制剂大安全性之间达到了很好的平衡。

产品C 1707含有动物源成分。产品C 5467，C8730和C9098不含动物源成分。产品C 4726不含动物源成分和任何化学成分，如植物水解产物。不介意动物源成分的客户可先尝试C 1707。希望不含动物源成分的客户在初始实验中应使用C5467。

CHO 培养基添加剂

中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞表达体系较为复杂，且通常需要改良（或优化）以满足生物技术专家的需要。除了上述种类的CHO培养基外，Sigma还为您提供培养系统中可能用到的添加剂。下表列出了一些常用的添加剂。
