主要的临床表现均由于幼虫的移行造成。诊断1．病原诊断主要依靠从粪便、痰、尿或脑积液中检获幼虫或培养出丝状蚴为确诊依据。由于患者有间歇性排虫现象，故应多次反复进行检查。滴加卢戈氏碘液，可使幼虫显现棕黄色。在腹泻患者的粪便中也可检出虫卵。2．免疫诊断用ELISA法检测患者血清中特异性抗体，对轻、中度感染者，具有较好的辅助诊断价值。3．其他检查作胃和十二指肠液引流查病原体，对胃肠粪类圆线虫病诊断的价值大于粪检。分布：热带、亚热带及温带和寒带地区，呈散发感染 我国主要流行于南部地区，海南省zui高人感染主要与土壤中的丝状蚴接触所致幼虫对外界抵抗力较弱，故流行不严重 流行因素与钩虫相似加强粪便与水源管理以及做好个人防护；应注意避免发生自身感染，使用激素类药物和免疫抑制剂前，应作常规检查；对犬、猫也应进行检查和治疗。治疗粪类圆线虫病的驱虫药物有阿苯达唑或噻苯达唑、噻嘧啶和左旋咪唑也可。引发病症粪类圆线虫病（strongyloisesstercoralis）是有世代交替的兼性寄生虫，它的自生世代在地面泥土上进行，寄生世代在人体内进行。
