“对证券监管机构来说，接下来的两年还是要着手解决现在存在的各种问题，在制度建设、zhifa力度、定价机制、退市制度、投资者教育和利益保护等方面继续完善。如果条件允许，注册制在两年后自然会被择机推出，但如果制约因素并没有得到有效解决，注册制依然不会贸然落地。”
