阿自倍尔压力传感器故障检测
检查施工现场出现的故障,绝大多数是由于压力传感器使用和安装方法不当引起的,归纳起来有几个方面。
1、一次元件(孔板、远传测量接头等)堵塞或安装形式不对,取压点不合理。
2、引压管泄漏或堵塞,充液管里有残存气体或充气管里有残存液体,变送器过程法兰中存有沉积物,形成测量死区。
3、变送器接线不正确,电源电压过高或过低,指示表头与仪表接线端子连接处接触不良。
4、没有严格按照技术要求安装,安装方式和现场环境不符合技术要求。

山武压力传感器容易出现的故障主要有以下几种:
*种是压力上去,变送器输也上不去。此种情况,先应检查压力接口是否漏气或者被堵住,如果确认不是,检查接线方式和检查电源,如电源正常则进行简单加压看输出是否变化,或者察看传感器零位是否有输出,若无变化则传感器已损坏,可能是仪表损坏或者整个系统的其他环节的问题;
第二种是加压变送器输出不变化,再加压变送器输出突然变化,泄压变送器零位回不去,很有可能是压力传感器密封圈的问题。常见的是由于密封圈规格原因,传感器拧紧之后密封圈被压缩到传感器引压口里面堵塞传感器,加压时压力介质进不去,但在压力大时突然冲开密封圈,压力传感器受到压力而变化。排除这种故障的*方法是将传感器卸下,直接察看零位是否正常,若零位正常可更换密封圈再试;
第三种是变送器输出信号不稳。这种故障有可能是压力源的问题。压力源本身是一个不稳定的压力,很有可能是仪表或压力传感器抗干扰能力不强、传感器本身振动很厉害和传感器故障;第四种是变送器与指针式压力表对照偏差大。出现偏差是正常的现象,确认正常的偏差范围即可;
zui后一种易出现的故障是微差压变送器安装位置对零位输出的影响。微差压变送器由于其测量范围很小,变送器中传感元件会影响到微差压变送器的输出。安装时应使变送器的压力敏感件轴向垂直于重力方向,安装固定后调整变送器零位到标准值。

日本山武压力传感器两线制比较简单,一般客户都知道怎么接线,一根线连接电源正极,另一个线也就是信号线经过仪器连接到电源负极,这种是zui简单的,压力传感器三线制是在两线制基础上加了一个线,这根线直接连接到电源的负极,较两线制麻烦一点。四线制压力传感器肯定是两个电源输入端,另外两个是信号输出端。四线制的多半是电压输出而不是4~20mA输出,4~20mA的叫压力变送器,多数做成两线制的。压力传感器的信号输出有些是没有经过放大的,满量程输出只有几十毫伏,而有些压力传感器在内部有放大电路,满量程输出为0~2V。至于怎么接到显示仪表,要看仪表的量程是多大,如果有和输出信号相适应的档位,就可以直接测量,否则要加信号调整电路。五线制压力传感器与四线制相差不大,市面上五线制的传感器也比较少。
