VALENIAN The PT800 Mechanical Teaching Simulator System consists of platform hardware and condition monitoring and measurement teaching system software, which can be widely used in various universities for research, predictive maintenance, rotor dynamics, rotating machinery fault diagnosis, equipment condition monitoring, and other scientific research, teaching, and practical training operations. The modular structure allows one machine to adapt to specific requirements. Comprehensive accessories make it necessary to repeatedly simulate various types of destructive faults. The PT800 mechanical simulation system experimental platform is equipped with computer state monitoring and fault diagnosis software for measuring and evaluating mechanical test benches.

2.Configuration

轴承寿命预测机理研究模拟实验台

主要由以下模块组成:通用实验装置移动基础平台、旋转轴裂纹故障仿真试验模块、传动带系统仿真试验模块,抽水蓄能仿真试验模块;运行变量控制监测模块、临界转速仿真试验模块。

The PT800 mechanical teaching simulation system test bench is mainly composed of the following modules: universal experimental device mobile foundation platform, rotating shaft crack fault simulation test module, transmission belt system simulation test module, pumped storage simulation test module, operating variable control monitoring module, critical speed simulation test module, coupling fault simulation test module, reciprocating single stroke rotor simulation test module, wind speed fluid dynamics simulation test module, driver defect simulation test module, system rotation torque loading simulation module, faulty bearings, spur gear box, frequency converter, vibration data collector, and upper computer data analysis software.

3.Uses of simulator

•Learn the shaft vibration model of the “critical velocity” and “resonance” of flexible rotors.

•Learn the changes in characteristic vibration characteristics (natural frequency, resonance velocity, vibration amplitude, and phase) caused by cracks, identify cracks from the vibration spectrum changes, and detect cracks in the protruding shaft end of the rotating shaft.

•Coupling kits are used to simulate various coupling failures and study their effects on the vibration characteristics of couplings

•Learn the influence of belt tension on the vibration behavior of belt driven equipment, the influence of speed on vibration behavior, and the impact of incorrect and eccentric operation of belt pulleys.

•Learn vibration characteristic recognition of reciprocating rotor systems, as well as the effects of bearing clearance and impact.

•Study the cavitation phenomenon of pumped storage pump stations and its impact on vibration spectra.

•Conduct wind speed and fluid dynamics tests to understand the extraction of fan frequency and different impeller vibration frequencies.

•Understand the identification of vibration spectrum characteristics of phase deficient drive motors.

•Understand the vibration impact of the load system on gear and bearing test items.
