SURFACE PREPARATION：表面处理

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination. Prior to application, all surfaces should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504:2000. Remove weld spatter and smooth weld seams and sharp edges. Oil or grease should be removed according to SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning.（所有要涂覆的表面应清洁、干燥、无污染。在应用之前，所有表面都应按照ISO 8504:2000进行评估和处理。清除焊缝飞溅物，光滑焊缝和尖锐边缘。油污或润滑脂应按SSPC-SP1溶剂清洗法去除。）

Abrasive Blast Cleaning: For best adhesion results the surfaces should be prepared by abrasive blast cleaning to minimum SA 2.5 (ISO 8501-1:2007) or SSPC-SP10. A sharp, angular surface profile of Rt 75-100 μm is required. （喷砂清洗:为了获得很好的附着力，表面应通过喷砂清洗达到低至SA 2.5 (ISO 8501-1:2007)或SSPC-SP10。要求具有Rt 75-100 μm的锐利、有角的表面轮廓。）

The coating system must be applied before oxidation of the steel occurs. If oxidation does occur the entire oxidized area should be reblasted to the standard specified above.
