产品描述:磺化Cy7是Cy7(Cyanine 7)的水溶型。它的光谱性质和Cy7类似,属近红外荧光染料。由于它的荧光波长(Em:773nm)恰好处于肌体组织近红外窗口 I 的区域(肌体的血液,体液和组织此区域背景荧光弱,而长波长穿透性强),所以磺化Cy7常常应用于小动物活体体内成像中。磺化Cy7荧光肉眼不可见,显微镜观察时需要近红外滤片,很多荧光显微镜(包括共聚焦显微镜)并不配备,但是流式细胞仪(flow cytometry)常常配备Cy7滤片组。磺化Cy7是常用荧光染料,磺化Cy7可以用来标记核酸,蛋白,抗体,多肽等,它是最常见的小动物显影剂之一。
