描述

用于34980A多功能开关/测量单元的Keysight 3492模块是一款配备了长久耐用型固态继电器的高速多路复用器。高速FET继电器可提供高达1000通道/秒的扫描速率。该模块适用于需要高速、长时间使用继电器的高容量自动测试应用。

双线和4线通道既可在同一模块上混合配置，也可配置为单线多路复用器。标准的50针Dsub连接器可与标准电缆、端子块或大容量互连解决方案一起使用。
