Human Interleukin-17RA (IL-17RA), also known as CD217 and CANDF5, GenBank Accession No. NM_ 014339, a.a 33-320, fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of human IgG1, with C-terminal Avi-tag^TM, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system, MW=62 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
