Human MICA, also known as, MHC Class I Polypeptide-Related Sequence A, PERB11.1, and Stress Inducible Class I Homolog, GenBank Accession No. NM_001177519, a.a. 23-308, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 followed by a C-terminal Avi-Tag^TM and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW=62 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag technology.
