Recombinant human BRAF (B-Raf proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase), encompassing amino acids 417-766(end) containing the mutation of interest (V600E). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag followed by a His-tag (6His). A Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion is also present between the His portion and the protein. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
