Complex of CDK2 (cyclin dependent kinase 2) and cyclin A2 (CCNA2).

Recombinant human CDK2, full length encompassing amino acids 1-298 (end), does not contain a tag. Recombinant human Cyclin A2, encompassing amino acids 174-432 (end), contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis) followed by a GST-Tag. The two proteins were co-expressed in Sf9 insect cells and spontaneously formed a complex, which was affinity purified.
