产品活性：Estradiol benzoate (β-Estradiol 3-benzoate) 是一种 HBx蛋白 的抑制剂，抑制雄激素和乙型肝炎病毒(HBV) 的转录，复制。Estradiol benzoate 具有抗生育作用和抗弓形虫活性并且能够改善 Ovx 雌性小鼠的记忆行为。
体外：Estradiol benzoate (5-75 μM, 24 h-48 h) 对 SBHX21 细胞中 HBV 的翻译、转录和复制有下调作用[3]。 Estradiol benzoate (0-500 μM, 72 h) 对人包皮成纤维细胞 (HFFs) 有毒性[4]。 MCE尚未独立证实这些方法的准确性。仅供参考。
体内：Estradiol benzoate (20-100 μg/kg, Subcutaneous injection, once a day for 4-5 weeks) 改善 Ovx 雌性小鼠的学习记忆行为[1]。 Estradiol benzoate (0.015-15000 μg/kg, Subcutaneous injection, single dose) 使雄性 SD 大鼠的青春期提前[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
