September 2019 and achieved SD for months, but progressed at September 2020. EP regimen was stopped and changed to CAPTEM regimen, but the disease still progressed in March 2021. Since a high CD8+ TILs infiltration (hotspot: 3325 cells/mm2) was present in this patient’s T-NEN specimen, immunotherapy with toripalimab was initiated since April 2021.
