Omniprobe®升降式格栅网
Omniprobe® Lift-Out网格是专门为接受FIB或SEM/FIB系统铣出的TEM片状物而设计的。网格的典型厚度为25-30µm，直径为3mm。柱子的设计是为了更好的访问，并提供了一个安全的区域来安装（焊接）薄片。Omniprobe®栅格适合标准的TEM支架，并提供了连接到柱子上的薄片的*视野。
有3、4和5个柱子的标准Cu型和3个柱子的Mo型。所有的升降格栅都有多个索引安装位置，便于在TEM中识别和定位。此外，还可提供PELCO® FIB 抬出式格栅。
