The capacity of FAT series is ranged from 55Ah to 175Ah.从应急照明电源的种类及转换时间的要求,不难看出应急照明持续工作时间是受到一定条件限制的。通常规定疏散照明持续工作时间不宜小于30min,根据不同要求可分为30、60、90、120、180min等6个档次。备用照明和安全照明的持续工作时间应视使用场所的具体要求而定。对于接自电网或发电机组的应急照明系统,其持续工作时间是容易满足要求的;对于蓄电池供电的应急照明系统,其工作时间受到容量大小的限制,对于要求持续工作时间较长的场所不宜单独使用蓄电池组,应考虑与发电机组配合使用。
The DC series is specially designed and used for deep cycle applications, which may require many more cycles. This series also has excellent recovery from deep discharge. The DC series is mainly used in golf trolley, golf caddy, forklift, electric wheelchairs, floor cleaning machines, marine, photovoltaic systems, and more.
In 2008, we started research, development, and manufacturing of the HC series. 应急照明电源的选择确定,应根据应急照明的种类、转换时间、持续工作时间、各种电源的特点及实际工程的客观需要和要求等多种因素综合考虑选择,做到安全可靠、技术*、经济合理。
5.1来自电网的与正常馈电回路分开的电源
这种电源,具有转换时间短(转换时间易满足各种情况下的要求),持续工作时间长,工作可靠的特点。所以这种电源应用较为普遍。尤其是大中城市、大中型工厂取得这种电源比较容易。对于公共建筑和厂房,由于生产和工作需要,当具有电网备用电源时,应首先利用它做为应急照明电源。对于要继续维持生产的备用照明及消防水泵房的备用照明,应与生产电力设备、消防泵使用同一备用电源,一般自电网取得。
5.2柴油发电机组电源
对于应急发电机组,由于电机投入运行需要较长时间,经常处于后备状态的机组,停电时自启动时间约需15s,因此只能做为疏散照明和备用照明的应急照明电源,而不能单独用于安全照明。专门为应急照明设置发电机组是不经济的,也是不合理的。
5.3 蓄电池电源
蓄电池电源可分为:灯内自带蓄电池、集中设置的蓄电池组、分区集中设置的蓄电池组三种类型。灯内自带蓄电池即自带电源型应急灯,这种方式供电可靠性高,转换迅速增减方便,线路故障无影响,电池损坏影响面小。缺点是投资大,持续照明时间受容量大小的限制,运行管理及维护要求高。这种方式适用于应急照明灯数不多,装设较分散,规模不大的建筑物。集中或分区集中设置的蓄电池组电源,优点是供电可靠性高、转换迅速,与自带蓄电池方式相比投资较少,管理及维护较方便。缺点是需要专门房间,电池故障影响面积大。
5.4组合电源 :即由以上任意两种或两种以上电源组合的供电方式。
由于上述几种电源的结构、可靠程度都不同,对系统的要求和应用范围也不同。所以在实际当中只选择某一种应急照明电源有时是很难满足要求的,也很难做到安全可靠、经济合理。这时就有必要选择两种或两种以上的应急照明电源。
