磷脂-聚乙二醇-酰肼，DSPE-PEG-Hydrazide是一种能与多糖或糖蛋白衍生的醛基或酮基反应的羰基反应性磷脂PEG衍生物。DSPE（1,2-二硬脂酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺）是一种高度疏水的18碳磷脂。
