二进制互联连接(BiCo)功能

3.1       概述

          在使用   BiCo 功能时您必须访问整个参数表。这一参数访问级可以设置许多新的参数,包括                              BiCo
          功能。BiCo   功能是一种更为灵活的把输入和输出功能结合在一起的设置方法。在大多数情况下,
          它可以与简便的第       2 访问级的设置方法一起使用。

3.2      怎样进行     BiCo   设置?

          更为复杂的驱动系统,例如           Masterdrive 中使用的  BiCo 系统可以对更为复杂的功能进行编程。它
          可以在输入(数字的,模拟的,串行通讯的等等)和输出(变频器的电流,频率,模拟输出,继
          电器接点输出等等)之间建立布尔代数式和数学关系式。
          MICROMASTER440    变频器采用的是简化的         BiCo 版本,但是,它的使用仍然非常灵活。这一版
          本属参数设置范畴,而且无须增加任何软件或硬件。
例 1:

          采用  BiCo 参数化,通过数字输入         2 使能继电器接点输出。
   步骤                 操作内容
     1     设定  P0003 为 3,允许访问参数表的全部参数。
     2     设定  P0702 为 99,使数字输入   2 允许  BiCo 参数化(即对   BiCo 设置开放)。
           说明:
           如果  P0701、2、3、或   4 设定为  99,就不能把它们更改为其它的数值,除非把变频器复位为工厂的缺省
           设定值。

     3     由于数字输入     2 对 BiCo 设置是“开放的",现在,在       P0731 中出现新的数值    722.1。
           数值  722.1 的意思是:“与数字输入     2 互联连接"。(722.0=数字输入     1,722.2=数字输入   3 等)。
           确认  P0731 已设定为  722.1。

     4     由数字输入    1 来控制变频器的运行,并由数字输入          2 来控制继电器的动作。
          说明:
          BiCo 是一种“可逆的"连接。这就是说,输出功能反过来又连接到输入,这样,就不能从                                P0702
          (99)区分出数字输入正在控制什么。但是,在设置                    BiCo 功能时有许多参数有助于对此进行区
          分。(请参看下面的例子)。
例 2:

          设定  P0771 为  37;这就把模拟输出与变频器的温度参数(r0037)互相连接起来,于是变频器的
