            输出频率很低的情况下,按照              V/f 控制特性只能输出很低的输出电压                  而且在频率很低时          定子绕
            组的欧姆电阻将起主要的作用(               在  1.23.1 节确定电动机磁通时这一欧姆电阻可以忽略不计)                        这就
            是说    为了以下的目的          输出电压可能太低 
            ¾保证感应电动机磁化             
            ¾维持负载 
            ¾补偿系统中的损耗 (绕组电阻上的电压损耗)或
