参数设置的重要提示

                功能要求有直接测量系统。如果轴上存在测量系统(编码器 2 或编码器 3),则可通过 p3701
                选择。设置 p3700.9 = 1,激活 BICO 汇点 p3749。现在可自由互联负载-转速实际值,例如:
                从主站轴上。通过 p3748 设置定标。

                可以将外部加速度传感器用作直接测量系统。传感器必须接入系统(例如通过 TM31)并与
                BICO 汇点 p3750 进行连接。可通过 p3751 设置高通,以消除测量信号中的低频故障。设置
                p3700.1 = 1 激活加速度传感器。

                该功能有两条反馈支路。每条支路都可通过增益系数(p3761 和 p3766)进行参数设置。增
                益的有效值通常位于 1 ms 到 10 ms 之间,但是取决于轴的机械系统。

                两条支路均可以激活各自的滤波器(参见功能图和章节“附加信息 (页 590)")。

8.15.7       APC,带负载速度控制

描述

                使用该功能,负载速度的 P 控制可以与正常转速控制同时进行。振动延迟、衰减至较高频率。
                通过该功能,电机的平衡运动相对较强烈。

                该功能的作用与编码器混合有一定的相似性。

                该功能与“APC,带加速度反馈 (页 579)"或“APC,不带负载侧传感器 (页 567)"功能一同
                使用时更加有益。

                电机速度在采用带速度接通的 APC 时显示有强烈的交变负载,这会导致机械部件产生强烈
                的负载。振动频率提高。


8.15.8       附加信息

参数 p3700 的设置
                参数各个位的含义如下:

                 位     值    含义
                 0     0    值 0 接通至转速设定值。
                            该设置必须用于滤波频率特性的测量。
                       1    加速度滤波输出接通至转速设定值。
                            位置差反馈激活。
                 1     0    通过 p3701 选择的编码器实际值用作 APC 转速实际值。
                       1    带高通滤波的 p3750 的信号源用作 APC 加速度实际值。
                 2     0    通过 p3701 选择的编码器实际值用作 APC 实际值。
                       1    无传感器的模型值作为 APC 实际值在负载侧使用。这样,使用 p3709 的 PT1
                            滤波将作为平滑时间生效,使用 p3751 的高通滤波作为高通时间常量生效。

                1) 使用位 3 时的其他关联性:
                   1.使用 SINUMERIK 时提前激活 DSC 和前馈控制。
                   2.使用“位置控制器"功能模块时要修改标准连接:
                        •  与 r2560(输出位置控制器)连接
                        •  与 r2561(转速前馈控制值)连接
                   3.激活插补器:p1400.7 = 1.

APC 和 One Button Tuning (OBT)一起使用

                APC 与一键优化(OBT)一起使用时必须提前关闭功能 APC。

                说明
                APC 功能只允许在一键优化(OBT)之后执行。

                操作步骤:
                请按如下步骤关闭功能 APC:
                1. 将参数 p3700.0 中的值设为 “0"。
                2. 将参数 p3754 中的值设为 “0"。

APC 滤波器

                滤波器用于控制整定。

                SINUMERIK 的 HMI Operate 的菜单“调试> 优化/测试 > 主动滤波器 > 滤波器组"下提供
                屏幕支持。

                在 STARTER(版本 5.1.1 起)中可通过导航路径“Drive_x > technology > active vibration
                damping > filter setting"在“Filter support"屏幕中对相应的滤波器进行参数设置。在旧版本上
                必须通过专家列表进行设置。

                ● 您可为每个滤波器单独选择,是否作为通用二阶滤波器或低通滤波器 (PT2) 生效 (p3705)。

                ● 传递函数请参见“电流设定值滤波器 (页 106)"一章下的“通用二阶滤波器的传递函数"
                  一节。APC 滤波器的结构与电流设定值滤波器的结构是一样的。

                ●  滤波器参数设置中所需的参数请见功能图 7012。

                ●  滤波器欠采样对低滤波器频率(p3706 或              p3707)比较有益。检查滤波器对频率特性的
                   作用。

                请注意滤波导致的相移。相移会导致用于 APC 控制环的相位裕量过少。

参数组关联性

                大多数 APC 参数都是与 DDS 相关的。和 DDS 相关的 APC 参数的详细信息可参见比如
                SINAMICS S120_S150_参数手册等文档。如果设置了 DDS 切换,则相应的 APC 参数也必
                须复制到数据组中。

                在“APC,不带负载侧传感器"上使用参数 p0341、p0342 和 p1498 进行关联计算。参数
                p0341 和 p0342 与电机数据组相关。P1498 与 DDS 相关。该参数适合记录不同 APC 设置
                下轴的不同加载状态。

                激活参数 p3700 与参数组无关。APC 配置对所有数据组的作用是相同的。

                加速度传感器(p3750)和速度实际值(p3749)的 BICO 汇点与 CDS 相关。如果创建了
                CDS 数据组,则必须相应地处理这两个参数。

主从轴上的 APC
                在有多个驱动的“主从轴"上通常只连有一个直接测量系统。在这种应用中,该直接测量系
                统分给主动轴使用。如果需要在一个具有直接测量系统的“主从轴"应用中使用 APC,必
                须注意以下说明:

                ●  只设置了主动轴时,APC 的效率有可能降低。

                ●  可以通过 BICO 接入转速实际值,一同为从动轴设置 APC,以提高效率。

                为从动轴设置 APC
                按如下步骤,为从动轴设置 APC:
                1. p3700.9 = 1
                2. p3749 = 主动轴.r3771[0]
                3. p3748:必须相应地设置定标。
                   设置 APC 时还必须注意以下条件:
                   – 不同的齿轮比
                   – 不同的电缆输出方向
                   – 定标参数 p2000 的比例,如果主动轴和从动轴之间的电机具有不同的额定转速。
                   如果参数设置正确,从站.r3771[0] 必须等于 主站.r3771[0]。
