| CD44v6 基因是 CD44 基因的一种拼接变异体，其编码的 CD44v6 蛋白是一种跨膜糖蛋 白，属于细胞黏附分子家族成员。该基因位于人类第 11 号染色体短臂，在转录过程中，通 过选择性剪接形成包含变异型外显子 v6 的剪接体。CD44v6 主要在具有转移能力的癌细胞 中表达，能够改变细胞间及细胞与基质间的粘连，增强肿瘤细胞的转移潜力。研究发现， CD44v6 在食管癌、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌、白血病和胃癌等多种恶性肿瘤组织中高表达， 与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移密切相关。CD44v6 通过与透明质酸等配体结合，介导细胞黏 附和信号传导，促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。因此，CD44v6 被认为是肿瘤转移促进基因， 是判断肿瘤生物学行为及预后的重要标志，也为治疗提供了潜在的靶点。 | |
