产品特色

高度特异的捕获抗体点样在NC膜上捕获抗体识别抗原表位。随后HRP结合的链亲和素作为特异标签，zui后利用化学发光检测试剂来检测蛋白，产生的信号与结合的分析呈正比。蛋白芯片高通量定性分析试剂盒比WB的灵敏度高100倍；更有大规模多分子高通量筛选作用。

液相蛋白芯片

液相蛋白芯片产品以高质量的蛋白和抗体为基础，研发出了的液相多因子检测产品。该产品通过将不同特异性的抗体标记在带有不同荧光的微珠上，与检测样本反应后，加入生物素标记的检测抗体和PE标记的链霉亲和素。检测时，分别识别微珠上的荧光信号和PE信号，以确定分析物及样本中分析物的数量。

液相蛋白芯片产品分为Screening和Performance两个系列
