   图一是NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity与其他4个品牌新型反相C18色谱柱稳定性的比较。在PH=11的流动条件下，连续300次进样后，NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity没有出现因柱效下降，造成的出峰展宽或保留时间缩短的现象。

   图二是 NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity系列反相色谱柱在低PH条件下优异的稳定性。由于硅胶表面特别稳定的键合，有效防止了键合相在低PH时的脱落，即使经过在5000ml的PH=1.5流动相冲洗后，3种被测样品的保留时间没有变化。

所以在NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity系列可以在PH=1.0—11.0之间稳定使用，是您研究开发特别条件应用的好帮手。
