Sclerostin （SOST） ELISA Kit ( BI20492)

背景简介：

在绝经妇女、骨固定引起的骨质流失患者、多重骨髓瘤患者Sclerostin水平显著升高。经甲状旁腺素（PTH）和雌性激素持续治疗后，血清Sclerostin水平降低。随着Sclerostin和DKK-1中和抗体的开发研究，有望对于骨代谢疾病治疗，获得新进展。
