SpCrossreactivity	The antibodies used in this kit are specific for IgE with no significant reactivity to IgG1-3, or IgA, IgM. Mouse IgE ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with various animal sera (IgE). Reactivity above background was observed with goat serum (16%). Rat, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Human, Monkey, Bovine, FBS, Sheep, Pig, and Chicken sera IgE all had less than 1% reactivity
