【产品原文引用】Serum tau protein and S100B were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (Shanghai HuDing Biological Science and Technology Co., Ltd. [R&D Systems, USA]; the purchased kits were Human Tau protein (T-Tau) ELISA kit and Human S-100B protein (S-100B) ELISA kit). Before the assay, the samples were removed from the −70 °C freezer and placed on an oscillator (FWZ-1 type micro drug device, Guangzhou Fenghua Bioengineering Co. Ltd, China) at room temperature with shock melting for 1 h (1200 rpm). The ELISAs were performed following the manufacturer’s instructions.
