BS3-d4 deuterated crosslinker, Bis(Sulfosuccinimidyl) 2,2,7,7-suberate-d4, is a water soluble and membrane impermeable crosslinking agent with 4 deuterium atoms to provide a 4 dalton shift by mass spectrometry. Use in combination with non-deuterated BS3 c1103-100mg or c1103-1gm for mass spectrometry studies.
