简介：PDPH is a cleavable, heterobifunctional protein crosslinking reagent. The PDPH crosslinker's hydrazide group selectively reacts with oxidized carbohydrates (or carboxyls when used with EDC); while the pyridinyldisulfide moiety is reactive toward reduced thiols. Thus, PDPH protein crosslinker is an excellent choice for crosslinking glycoproteins and other polysaccharides.
