羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC,异硫氰酸荧光素标记
羊抗小鼠IgG用于理、化学、流氏学、学及自身抗体的之中的特异、灵敏、定性和定位相结合的化学试剂。荧光抗体的质量,除有多克隆与单克隆抗体之分,还可根据被标记抗体的纯度、特异性及抗体球蛋白的类别而分为不同。我司所研制成的羊抗小鼠IgG-FITC-异硫氰酸荧光素标记抗体均为自己制备的抗血清,经纯化成抗体IgG成分,采用我司建立的直接标记方法,将异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC科研用sigma产品)或异硫氰酸罗达明荧光素(红色)(RBITC,Sigma产)共价交联到抗体(IgG)分子的赖氨酸分子上,并经过纯化、蛋白量、FITC、RBITC浓度及效价鉴定而制成。
【应用范围】
- 用于、、梅螺旋体、钩端螺旋体等微生物的抗原或抗体检查。
- 用于自身的多种自身抗体荧光检查,如抗核抗体,抗心肌抗体等。
- 因子等检查的荧光流式仪测定。
- 白分型抗原的荧光染色。
- 组织及理中抗原,抗体检查,如抗原检查。
【主要性能】
- 每支0.5ml液体,含有0.03%NaN3
- IgG蛋白,浓度在5mg左右,FITC为Sigma异构体I,约在70~80μg/ml。495nm为大吸收峰,525nm荧光发射峰
- 工作浓度用0.01mol/L pH7.4PBS作1:10~1:20稀释使用
- -20℃可保存一年,尽量少反复冻融,通称抗体
