稀土上转换发光材料简介】:

稀土上转换发光材料是一种在近红外光激发下能发出可见光的发光材料,即可通过多光子机制把长波辐射转换成短波辐射,所以称之为“上转换”。其大的特点是材料所吸收的光子能量低于发射的光子能量。这种材料发光违背 Stokes 定律,因此又被称为反 Stokes 定律发光材料。

人们发现当基质材料中掺入 Yb3+Ho3+Er3+ Tm3+在红外光激发下,可见光发射度可以提 2~3 个数量级,由此正式提出了“上转换发光”(Upconversion LuminescenceUCL)

的观点。

 

上转换荧光纳米颗粒发光机制】:

上转换发光所发射的光子能量比所吸收光子的能量,这个过程称为上转换发光。稀土离子上转换发光是基于稀土元素 4f 电子间的跃迁。每种稀土离子都有其确定的能级位置,不同的稀土离子的上转换过程不同,一般来说稀土离子的发光过程可以分为三步:①基质晶格吸收激发能;②基质晶格将吸收的激发能传递给激发离子,使其激发;③被激发的稀土离子发出荧光而返回基质。上转换过程主要有激发态吸收、能量传递、直接双光子吸收和光子雪崩四种形式
