   黑夹克聚氨酯保温钢管用于集中供热、供冷和热油的输送及分配的保温管的钢管和聚乙烯外护管,二者用聚氨酯泡沫绝热材料紧密地结合为一体。管径范围是Φ90~Φ1240,保温管全称叫高密度聚乙烯聚氨酯硬泡沫发泡保温管,它的作用是保护工作管内部流体的温度,防止与外界发生热传递,导致流体温度的流失。


    黑夹克聚氨酯保温钢管保温材料用于各类冷水、冷气、冷油管线圆形、异形及任何形体的管道保温。 防止结露:聚乙烯发泡管材料为闭孔结构,它是靠闭孔内的气体绝热而非聚乙烯材料实现绝热。其具有优异的抗水汽渗透能力。所形成内置的隔汽屏障,即是保温层又是隔汽层,不需另设隔汽层。湿阻因子ц数值远远大于其它保温材料。能有效地避免结露现象发生。

该技术是把绝热层和防腐层同时包覆在钢管道外表面上,从而形成管线的保温防腐层,属国内*。与其他方法相比,具有连续作业、生产效率高、成本低、节约能源、无污染环境等突出优点,1985年获国家科技进步二等奖,几经科技更新,达到先进水平。

 

        用一步法成型方法建成的钢管道绝热防腐生产线自动化程度高,绝热防腐层的质量*符合国家标准。

        该技术自83年研制成功以来,经近二十年的改进提高,目前已形成作业管线范围达φ48mm~φ1000mm以上。绝热防腐层钢管主要用于原油输送管道、直埋式供热管道和制冷系统管道的绝热防腐,应用前景十分广泛,率*。可应用于集中供热单位、远距离输油、供水、供气等工程。

        钢管道防腐保温泡沫夹克成型技术是八十年代初,由原来石油部基建局组织专家赴加拿大考察后,在国内油田推广的新技术,并在国外 “ 二步法 ” 成型工艺的基础上,由胜利油田油建工艺技术研究所于 1983 年推出“一步法”成型技术,即钢管道泡沫防腐保温成型技术与外部保温用夹克层一次成型,我们称这为“一步法”作业。这一工艺技术的成功,不但提高了作业效率,也大大节省了材料,降低了成本,方便了施工,很快这一技术在全国油田得到了推广,并获得了山东省科技成果, 1985 年获得国家发明,直至目前,国内没有“一步法”技术问世。
