The easy set-up of these versatile platforms offers a rapid way to create highly monodispersed bubbles and droplets through the best quality of a glass chip. 

These chips are convenient, cost-effective and reliable for all your experiments:

• Highly-resistant and optically clear glass
• Standard microscope glass slide size (25 x 75 mm)
• Easy handling
• Standard 1/4-28 UNF threaded ports

Generate a wide range of droplets sizes: use the first cross section to make small droplets, or the second cross section to make larger ones. You only have to plug the port you don't want to use!

With one chip you can create droplets with two different diameter ranges according to the chosen pattern:

Ø range 40 µm - 60 µm
Ø range 150 µm - 250 µm
 

Choose your T-26 chip without nozzles or the T-27 chip with nozzles for an easier and more regular droplet production.

Options

Here are optional accessories compatible with the chip. You can select these options above or directly add them to your cart through their product pages.

Connect your chip using:

• Flangeless PFA fittings + ETFE ferrules 1/4"-28 to 1/16" OD (pack of 10)

• Flangeless PFA fittings + ETFE ferrules 1/4"-28 to 1/8" OD (pack of 10)

Block unused ports with the PFA plugs 1/4"-28 Flat-Bottom (pack of 10).
