SU8/玻璃微电极单通道微流控芯片
说明
这些微芯片成本低,寿命长(超过1000次运行/注射),效率高,精度高电化学检测(ED)系统由分离通道出口(末端通道法)的三种电极(工作、参考和辅助)组成。电极有不同的设计和材料。

工作电极有两种不同的配置:微电极阵列(MEA)和叉指阵列(IDA)(所有可用型号的技术特性见规范):
微电极阵列
工作电极由6个10μm的10μm微电极和10μm的间隙组成在分离通道的出口处集成薄膜微电极,采用端通道的方法。电极由不同的材料(铂或金)制成。

叉指阵列微电极
工作电极(we)由两个单独可寻址的阵列组成,阵列由三个10μm的叉指微电极组成。叉指阵列(WE1/WE2)的微电极之间有10μm的间隙电极集成在分离通道的出口处,采用末端通道方法。
电极有不同的材料(铂或金)。

Description
These microchips are low costs, and have a long life (over 1000 runs/injections), high efficiency and precision. The electrochemical detection (ED) system consists of three types of electrodes (working, reference and auxiliary) at the outlet of the separation channel (end-channel approach). The electrodes are available in different designs and materials.
The working electrode is available in two different configurations: microelectrode array (MEA) and interdigitated array (IDA) (See specifications for technical characteristics of all available models) :
Microelectrode array (MEA)
The working electrode consists of six 10 μm microelectrodes with 10 µm gap. Thin film microelectrodes are integrated at the outlet of the separation channel with an end channel approach. The electrodes are manufactured in different materials (Platinum or Gold).
Interdigitated array microelectrode (IDA)
The working electrode (WE) consists of two individually addressable arrays of three 10-μm microelectrodes with an interdigitated approach. A 10-μm gap is shown between microelectrodes of interdigitated array (WE1/WE2). The electrodes are integrated at the outlet of the separation channel with an end-channel approach.
The electrodes are available in different materials (Platinum or Gold).
Application
Separation of phenolic compounds performed using a platinium SU-8/Glass microfluidic chip with integrated IDA microelectrode in combination with the Microfluidic chip holder with electrochemical detection and Microfluidic automated electrophoresis system
