Applications
LB-602 Trinocular Inverted Metallurgical Microscope with Extra Wide Field and
Infinite Plan Optical System (Infinity Color Corrected System) not only can identify
and analyze a variety of metals, alloys, non-metallic material and the organizational
structure and integrated circuits, but also micro-particles, wires, fibers, surface
coating such as some of the surface conditions. To facilitate the users to save images
such as metallographic analysis, and operational needs, LB-602 Trinocular Inverted
Metallurgical Microscope with Infinite Plan Optical System can be fit to a imaging
system with optional digital camera system, which makes the microscope to enlarge
image analysis.
