二、主要结构与特点The main structure and characteristics:
本阀主要由左、右阀体、U型密封圈、闸板、钢螺母、阀杆、支架、手轮等件组成,阀门启闭靠旋转手轮动作来完成,顺时旋转时,阀门关闭;反之为开阀。
本阀结构特点:
1、 采用对夹式结构,体积小,重量轻。
2、 *敞开的通道,可以防止介质在阀内沉积。
3、 新研制的U型封圈,可以保证阀门的良好密封性。
4、 闸板的外密封,则是通过嵌在阀体内具有弹性的密封条来实现,并可借助于螺钉,压板进行调整。
5、 流阻小。
6、 安装维修方便。

3、气缸正确使用注意事项Note the correct use of the cylinder:

(2)使用过滤器,减压器,润滑器组合(F-R-E组合)以调整空气品质,增长使用寿命。
(3)选用出力比实际负载大的气缸,以免气压不足时发生危险。
(4)注意使用环境温度,气缸内活塞环及密封部分材料的使用温度一般限制在-5℃—+60℃以内。
(5)有腐蚀气体环境,气缸内活塞及密封部分的材料,一般采用PTFE。
每1mm行程所需空气消费量

五、功能说明Function:
1、采用双电控三位五通电磁阀控制气动刀型闸阀气缸,采用三位开关,可控制闸阀在上限位、下限位及任意位置停留。
2、闸阀在上限位、下限位置停留时,上限位及下限位置的限位开关,发出一组常开或常闭的独立信号触点。可作为状态指示用。
3、闸阀在上限位下限位置停留时,上限位及下限位置的限位开关,自动切断电磁阀相应控制线圈的电源。这样闸阀在上限位及下限位置长期停留时,电磁阀的电控线圈不通电,可避免电磁线圈发热提高电磁阀使用寿命,大大地提高了可靠性。
4、闸阀在上限位及下限位置长期停留时;气源被切断不耗气,但锁定阀门气缸的气压仍保持在气缸中,能保证可靠停位。
5、在气缸开关过程中,切断控制电源,则气缸进出气也同时被切断,锁定阀门气缸的气压仍保持在气缸中,如气缸活塞、电磁阀及接头无泄漏,则闸阀可在任意位置长期停留。
