皮尔兹PILZ热敏电阻监测继电器,德国pilz继电器皮尔兹热敏电阻监测继电器有多种分类。如电气量继电器(其输入量可为电流、电压、频率、功率等),非电量继电器(其输入量可为温度、压力、速度等);保护继电器,控制继电器;有触点继电器,无触点继电器 ;敞开式(主体元件无防护措施)、封闭式(加保护外壳)、密封式(外壳内外无气体交换)继电器等等。常用的按工作原理分类的继电器有电磁继电器 、极化继电器、舌簧继电器、热继电器和时间继电器等。20世纪后,继电器有很大发展,先后出现磁性无触点继电器、半导体无触点继电器、集成电路式电子时间继电器、固态继电器、印刷电路板安装式(双列直插式)继电器,以及带微处理器的保护继电器和智能化继电器。 皮尔兹热敏电阻监测继电器制造厂控制继电器灵敏度并对其进行判断、考核的参数。对用户来讲,它只是一个工作下极限参数值。控制安全系数是工作电压(电流)/吸合电压(电流),如果在吸合值下使用继电器,是不可靠的、不安全的,环境温度升高或处于振动、冲击条件下,将使继电器工作不可靠。整机设计时,不能以空载电压作为继电器工作电压依据,而应将线圈接入作为负载来计算实际电压,特别是电源内阻大时更是如此。当用三极管作为开关元件控制线圈通断时,三极管必须处于开关状态,对6VDC以下工作电压的继电器来讲,还应扣除三极管饱和压降。当然,并非工作值加得愈高愈好,超过额定工作值太高会增加衔铁的冲击磨损,增加触点回跳次数,缩短电气寿命,一般,工作值为吸合值的1.5倍,工作值的误差一般为±10%。

皮尔兹热敏电阻监测[PILZ继电器一般由输入感测机构和输出执行机构两部分组成。前者用于反映输入量的变化,后者完成触点分合动作(对有触点继电器)或半导体元件的通断(对无触点继电器)。继电器具有跳跃的输入-输出特性 。当继电器接受一个输入信号X时,只有它达到动作值Xd,继电器才动作,输出从零跃至Ymax。输入信号继续增大,输出信号仍为Ymax不变。继电器动作之后,如果减少输入信号,则继电器只在输入减少到Xf时才动作,返回起始位置,输出信号跃回零。这一特性称为继电特性。这里,使继电器开始动作的输入量值(动作值)、使继电器恢复原状态的输入zui大量值(返回值)、触点的额定电压与电流(触点额定量值)、继电器由一种状态变至另一种状态的时间(动作时间)是继电器的主要技术参数。它们既表征继电器工作过程的性能,又是选用继电器的依据。777434P2HZ X1P 110VAC 3n/o 1n/c 2so
