SpCrossreactivity
The antibodies used in this kit are specific to IgG and does not show any significant reactivity to Chicken IgA, IgM, or IgE or other serum proteins. Chicken IgG ELISA kit species cross Cross reactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilution of 1:1k: Turkey (18%) serum showed some cross reactivity. Goose, Pigeon, Duck, FBS, Bovine, Goat, Monkey, Guinea pig, Sheep, Pig, Mouse, Rat, Human, Hamster, Bovine, and Rabbit serums all showed less than 1% cross reactivity.
