255 characterzed sera were tested on the Panbio Dengue IgM Capture ELISA as part of an in-house study. The sera included 83 endemic seronegative samples, 57 samples from patients with primary dengue infection, and 115 samples from patients with secondary dengue infection. The Panbio Dengue IgM Capture ELISA results were compared to the dengue status of the sera to determine sensitivity, specificity, and agreement of the assay relative to the dengue serological status.
