精密干燥箱 精密烘箱各系统配置及技术说明：

箱体结构：
1）本设备由室体、加热系统、电气控制系统、送风系统、保护系统等组成。
2）箱体采用*设备制作、业内工艺制造流程、线条流畅，美观大方。
3）工作室材质为不锈钢SUS304材质，外箱材质为优质冷轧钢板，产品外壳采用环保金属漆喷制，整体设计美观大方，适合实验室的颜色搭配。
4）工作室内搁架可随用户的要求任意调节高度以及搁架的数量。
5）工作室与外箱之间的保温材料为优质超细玻璃纤维保温棉，保温层厚度：＞70mm, 隔温效果好，国内*，高性能的绝缘结构。从里到外有内腔、内壳、超细玻璃纤维、铝制反射铝箔片、空气夹层，内胆热量损失少。内胆外箱及门胆结构*，*减少了内腔热量的外传。
6）门与门框之间采用高性能密封材料及*的橡胶密封结构，密封、耐高温性、抗老化性好。
7）箱内风道采用双循环系统，不锈钢多翼式离心风轮及循环风道组成，置于箱体背部的电加热器热量通过侧面风道向前排出，经过干燥物后再被背部的离心风轮吸入，形成合理的风道，能使热空气充分对流，使箱内温度zui大限度达到均匀。提高了空气流量加热的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的温度均匀性。
8）加热器用不锈钢电加热管，升温快，寿命长。

Adopts originated domestic streamline arc design, the outer is made of cold rolled steel plate, the surface is spurted with environmental metal paint which looks astistic and natural, the chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel;
 
The interior chamber is made of mirror stainless steel material, the design of corners semicircular is easy to clean;
 
User can decide the number of shelves and the height of shelves can be changed optionally;
 
Wide angle of view observation glass window. Adopts nanophase material door magnetic seal and heat preservation material;
 
Temperature control system adopts microcomputer singlechip technology, LCS screen displays various parameters, temperature controller has the functions of temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm;
 
Rational air duct and circulatory system make the temperature in chamber symmetrical;
 
Adopts imported machine and fan blade with air convection device for circulating the air in chamber;
 
Matches RS-485 interface which can be connected with computer or recording device with matched software.

温度测控系统：
采用国内“上海亚泰”可编程液晶显示控制器（目前市场上性价比的仪表），产品采用综合的电磁兼容设计和人性化的菜单设计，使得设备操作*傻瓜化，控温效果。高亮度宽视窗液晶显示，示值清晰、直观。微电脑智能控制，温度可以分段编程，zui多18段可编程。设定温度和时间后，仪表自行控制加热功率，并显示加热状态，控温精确而稳定。超温报警并自动切断加热电源。
电器控制系统：
1）电气控制元器件均采用国内“正泰”
2）电气线路设计新颖，合理布线，安全可靠
3）箱体顶部为电气控制柜，方便于集中检查维修

选配件（需另外收费，订购时请注意）：
1）独立限温控制器，可实现在主控制器失灵后设备升温过高的情况下立即切断加热。
2）无纸记录仪，可实现对设备温度进行单色曲线、棒图、数字、混合、追忆、报警等显示，进行集中显示、存储、打印、管理、分析，USB接口，记录间隔：1秒---1分，存储空间:zui长记录可达半年以上。作为普通有纸记录仪的更新换代产品。
3）配RS-485接口，可连接计算机和记录仪，实现实时监控工作状态。
4）温度测试孔，可实现不同测试线或仪器插入设备工作室内进行各种试验，测试孔孔径有￠25、￠50、￠80可选。
5）载物托架，设备标准配置是2个载物托架，客户可以根据具体要求增配托架数量。
