Agrisera光合作用研究抗体(Global antibodies)
植物光合作包括光能的吸收、能量转换、电子传递、ATP的合成以及CO2的固定等步骤,这一过程主要在植物的叶绿体的类囊体膜上完成的。类囊体膜上存在四种关键的蛋白复合体:光系统II(PS II)、Cytb6/f复合体、光系统I(PS I)和ATP合成酶,这四种复合体协同作用,共同完成光反应。光系统II上具有捕光色素复合体(LHC)构成的天线系统,可以捕获光能,而光系统I则利捕获后的能量进行原初光化学反应。Cytb6/f复合体在电子传递过程中起着至关重要的作用,ATP合成酶则负责合成ATP,为植物细胞提供能量。

Rubisco
CO2的固定是利用光反应产生的ATP和NADPH合成有机物的过程,该过程称为卡尔文循环。1,5二磷酸核酮糖羧化/加氧酶(Rubisco)是CO2固定过程中的关键限速酶,催化CO2和RuBP(核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸)发生羧化、然后裂解形成两个PGA(甘油酸-3-磷酸)分子。所有光合生物都具有由8个大亚基RbcL和8个小亚基Rbcs组成的I型Rubisco,且RbcL折叠到其天然状态依赖于叶绿体定位的分子伴侣CPN60的作用
