一、涡街流量计简介

UHMC/有恒 UH-LUGB型管道式气体涡街流量计是一种速度式流量计适用范围广，它适用于对气体、液体、蒸汽等绝大多数气体的流量计量、测量与控制。涡街流量计采用抗机械振动，抗冲击和脏污的结构新设计，流量计内部无可动机械部件、无磨损、无须机械性维修、性能稳定、测量准确度高、压损小、维护方便等诸多特点，适用维护方便是石油、化工、电力、冶金等行业液体、气体计量和饱和蒸汽计量的理想仪表。

二、管道式气体涡街流量计的工作原理

涡街流量计是通过传感头检测出旋涡的个数，就可以测算出流体流速，再根据表体口径计算出被测介质的体积流量。计算公式如下：

不同口径的涡街流量传感器，仪表系数K值是不同的，其具体数值是通过流量标定装置实际标定得到的。意义为每立方米产生的脉冲数。即流过一立方米流体三角柱一侧所产生的旋涡个数。

三、产品功能特点

1、结构简单牢固，无可动部件，可靠性高，长期运行十分可靠。

2、安装简单，维护十分方便。

3、检测传感器不直接接触被测介质，性能稳定，寿命长。

4、测量的是与流量成正比的脉冲信号，无零点漂移，精度高。

5、测量范围宽，量程比可达1: 10。

6、压力损失较小，运行费用低，更具节能意义。

7、采用超低功耗技术，电池供电可运行两年以上。

8、温压补偿一体化设计，同时显示流量值与累积流量值，温度、压力值，不必轮流切换。
